Lucas is an Associate Partner in gravitytank’s strategy group, where he helps clients like Pepsico, Samsung, SC Johnson and OfficeMax shape and define new opportunities for growth. With over 7 years of consulting experience, Lucas has a passion for problem solving and involving others in the innovation process. He is currently working with University of Michigan’s Ross School of Management to bring design thinking principles to future business thinkers and leaders. Prior to his work with gravitytank, Lucas received his Master of Design degree in Design Planning from IIT Institute of Design. He has a diverse background in interaction design, publishing, and cultural anthropology. He holds a BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley, where he focused his studies on California Indian culture.
